គម្រោង Maaaru នៃជំនួយមូលនិធិសប្បុរសធម៌របស់ប្រទេសជប៉ុន មានអត្ថន័យនៃ «ការភ្ជាប់ពិភពលោក និងអនាគតជារង្វង់មួយ» តាមរយៈការគាំទ្រផ្នែកអប់រំនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកំពុងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍
ខេត្តកំពង់ចាម ៖ គម្រោង Maaaru នៃជំនួយមូលនិធិសប្បុរសធម៌របស់ប្រទេសជប៉ុន មានអត្ថន័យនៃ «ការភ្ជាប់ពិភពលោក និងអនាគតជារង្វង់មួយ» តាមរយៈការគាំទ្រផ្នែកអប់រំនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកំពុងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍។
នៅក្នុងតំបន់ផ្សេងៗនៃប្រទេសនីមួយៗ យើងកំពុងផ្តល់ជំនួយជួសជុលអគារសិក្សា និងកសាងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធសាលារៀន ដើម្បីផ្តល់ឱកាសអប់រំស្មើៗគ្នាដល់កុមារគ្រប់រូប។ លើកនេះនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា យើងបានសាងសង់អគារសាលាបឋមសិក្សាមួយខ្នង និងបានជួសជុលអគារសិក្សាចំនួនប្រាំពីរផងដែរ។
ថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ មិត្តភក្តិមកពីប្រទេសជប៉ុនចំនួន២៥នាក់ បានរួមដំណើរជាមួយឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ស៊ាង ប៊ុនលាង រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ ចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីសម្ពោធដាក់អោយប្រើប្រាស់ជាផ្លូវការអគារសិក្សាថ្មីនៅសាលាបឋមសិក្សាព្រៃខ្វែក ក្នុងខេត្តព្រៃវែង និងបានទៅមើលសាលាដែលបានជួសជុលរួចហើយ។
ថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ យើងបានជួបជាមួយរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ហង្ស ជួនណារ៉ុន និងបានពិភាក្សាអំពីវិស័យអប់រំនៅកម្ពុជា។
សមាជិករបស់គម្រោង Maaaru (តំណាងដោយលោក Yuma Muranushi) កំពុងលើកកម្ពស់នូវសន្តិភាពពិភពលោក ដោយធ្វើដំណើរជុំវិញពិភពលោកជារៀងរាល់ខែ។ ហើយបច្ចុប្បន្នកំពុងទទួលបានការចាប់អារម្មណ៍នៅក្នុងប្រទេសផ្សេងៗជាច្រើន។
លើសពីនេះទៀត សកម្មភាពនេះ ត្រូវបានគេបង្ហាញនៅលើប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយនៃប្រទេសនានាដោយបញ្ជាក់ពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃសន្តិភាព និងសារៈសំខាន់នៃការអប់រំ។
ទោះជាយ៉ាងនេះក្តី លោកបានចាត់ទុកប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ជាប្រទេសដ៏សំខាន់មួយ ហើយបានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា កម្ពុជាកំពុងទទួលបានសក្តានុពលក្នុងការក្លាយជាប្រទេសដ៏សំខាន់បំផុតមួយនៅក្នុងពិភពលោកនាពេលខាងមុខ។
ដោយមានក្តីសង្ឃឹមបែបនេះហើយ លោកកំពុងផ្តោតទៅលើការគាំទ្រវិស័យអប់រំនៅកម្ពុជា ហើយលោកបាននិយាយដោយក្តីរំភើបថា លោកកំពុងស្វែងរកដៃគូដែលអាចដើរតួជាស្ពានរវាងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងប្រទេសជប៉ុននាពេលអនាគត និងធ្វើការរួមគ្នាជាមួយលោកក្នុងគោលបំណង ដើម្បីសន្តិភាពពិភពលោក។

In various regions of each country, we are repairing schools and improving school infrastructure so that all children can be provided with equal educational opportunities.
This time, in Cambodia, we constructed one primary school and repaired seven schools.
February 9, 2023. Participated with 25 friends from Japan in the ceremony of Prey Kvaek Primary School in Kratie province. Together with Minister SEANG BUNLEANG , we were delighted with the completion of the school building. I also visited a school that had been repaired.
February 10, 2023 Minister of Education, Youth and Sports: We met with Minister HANG CHUON NARON and discussed education in Cambodia.
Maaaru’s project members (representative Mr. YUMA MURANUSHI) fly around the world every month with the goal of world peace, and are currently attracting attention in various countries. Furthermore, it has been featured in the media of various countries, appealing the importance of peace and the importance of education. Even so, he considered Cambodia as a particularly important country and said that it has the potential to become one of the most important countries in the world in the near future. Based on such hopes, he is focusing on educational support in Cambodia, and is looking for a partner who can act as a bridge with Japan in the future while seriously aiming for world peace.
