គេ​ឲ្យ​ដឹង​ថា​ ប្រទេស​ជប៉ុន​គឺ​កើតឡើង​ដោយ​ប្រជុំ​កោះ​រាប់រយ ហើយ​តែងតែ​រង​គ្រោះ​ដោយ​គ្រោះ​ធម្មជាតិ​ញឹកញាប់ ​តែ​ជប៉ុន​តែងតែ​ជួយ​ផ្តល់​ជំនួយ​ដល់​ប្រទេស​កម្ពុជា​គ្រប់​កាលៈទេសៈ​ក្នុង​នាម​ជា​មិត្ត​ដ៏​ល្អ​របស់​កម្ពុជា​។

ឯកឧត្ដម​បណ្ឌិត​ស៊ា​ង ប៊ុ​ន​លាង ទីប្រឹក្សា​ផ្ទាល់​សម្ដេច​តេ​ជោ​ហ៊ុន សែន ​នាយក​រដ្ឋមន្ត្រី​នៃ​ព្រះរាជា​ណាចក្រ​កម្ពុជា​ អមដំណើរ​ដោយ​សហការី​ នា​ព្រឹក​ថ្ងៃ​ទី​៣០​ សីហា នៅ​រាជធានី​ភ្នំពេញ បាន​ចុះ​អនុស្សា​រណៈ​ជាមួយនឹង​លោក Yuma Muranushi ជា​ប្រធាន​មូលនិធិ NIPPON Donation Foundation ប្រចាំ​ប្រទេស​ជប៉ុន ដើម្បី​កសាង​អគារសិក្សា​នៅ​តាម​សាលារៀន​នានា​ក្នុង​ប្រទេស​កម្ពុជា​ពិសេស​នៅ​តំបន់​ជនបទ​ដាច់​ស្រយាល​តែ​ម្ដង ។

In the morning of August 30, 2022, H.E Dr. SEANG BUNLEANG
Secretary of State for Ministry of Interior,
Advisor to Samdech Akka Moha Sena Paddy Techo HUN SEN,
Prime Minister of Cambodia., signed the MOU with Yuma MURANUSHI, director of the Japan Donation Foundation, in Phnom Penh with his colleagues.

Mr.Yuma, a director of the NIPPON donation Foundation, will support school buildings and education in Cambodia. Other than Cambodia his foundation also supports more than 30 countries.

He is also considering investment and business in Cambodia, and will continue to discuss various matters with H.E.Dr .Seang Bunleang.
