រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ៖ ឯកឧត្តម កែន សេរីរដ្ឋា អគ្គនាយកនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន និងជាប្រធានលេខាធិការដ្ឋានកិច្ចការឥណទានកាបូន នៃក្រសួងបរិស្ថាន និងលោក អ៊ុំ សូនី នាយកប្រចាំប្រទេសនៃអង្គការអភិរក្សអន្តរជាតិកម្ពុជា (អង្គការ CI) បានចុះហត្ថលេខារួមគ្នាបន្តកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងអនុវត្តគម្រោង អភិរក្សឧទ្យានជាតិវើនសៃ-សៀមប៉ាង កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ១១ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៤ នៅសណ្ឋាគារ Himawari Hotel, Phnom Penh ។

ពិធីនេះមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួងបរិស្ថាន តំណាងអគ្គនាយកដា្ឋនសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន អគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានតំបន់ការពារធម្មជាតិ លេខាធិការដ្ឋានកិច្ចការឥណទានកាបូន លេខាធិការដ្ឋានរេដបូកជាតិ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រុមហ៊ុន Global Green Natura Co., Ltd (GGN) និងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធប្រមាណ ៣៤នាក់ (ស្រ្តី ៥នាក់)។ គម្រោងអភិរក្សឧទ្យានជាតិ វើនសៃ-សៀមប៉ាង នឹងផ្តោតលើការគាំទ្រការគ្រប់គ្រងតំបន់ការពារធម្មជាតិ កាត់បន្ថយការបាត់បង់ព្រៃឈើ អនុវត្តកសិកម្មប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាព ធ្វើផែនការប្រើប្រាស់ដីធ្លី អភិវឌ្ឍអេកូទេសចរណ៍ និងគម្រោងរេដបូក ដោយធានាបាននូវអត្ថប្រយោជន៍រយៈពេលវែងសម្រាប់មនុស្សនិងធម្មជាតិនៅក្នុងតំបន់វើនសៃ-សៀមប៉ាងភូមិសាស្ត្រខេត្តរតនគីរី និងខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង។ល។ 

លោក អ៊ុំ សូនី នាយកប្រចាំប្រទេសនៃអង្គការ CI បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា ៖ «ពេលនេះ គឺជាពេលសំខាន់ដែលយើងចាំបាច់ត្រូវធ្វើការរួមគ្នាបន្ថែម ដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាព ដោយប្រើប្រាស់យន្តការទីផ្សារ ដោយមានការអនុវត្តគម្រោងរេដបូកជាដើម ធ្វើយ៉ាងណារក្សាការពារធម្មជាតិ ។ អង្គការ CI សូមថ្លែង អំណរគុណចំពោះទំនុកចិត្ត និងសុច្ឆន្ទៈក្នុងពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ ក្នុងកិច្ចអភិរក្សពីភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់រួមមាន រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា វិស័យឯកជន សហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន ជនជាតិដើមភាគតិច និងដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ។ 

អង្គការ CI ពង្រីកកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់ខ្លួនក្នុងការអភិរក្ស និងស្ដារព្រៃឈើ លើកកម្ពស់ការការពារ ជីវៈចម្រុះ និងពង្រឹងជីវភាពសហគមន៍ ឧទ្យានជាតិវើនសៃសៀមប៉ាង ដោយមានសហការយ៉ាងរឹងមាំជាមួយក្រសួងបរិស្ថាន និងការគាំទ្រផ្នែកហិរញ្ញវត្ថុពីមូលនិធិ Arcus កម្មវិធីគ្រប់គ្រងដីធ្លីក្នុងតំបន់មេគង្គ (MRLG) និងគ្លូប៊ល ហ្គ្រីន នែតជ្រលរា ឯ.ក (Global Green Natura Co., Ltd) ។ 

ឯកឧត្តម កែន សេរីរដ្ឋា អគ្គនាយកនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន និងជាប្រធានលេខាធិការដ្ឋានកិច្ចការឥណទានកាបូន នៃក្រសួងបរិស្ថាន បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា ៖ ថ្ងៃនេះខ្ញុំមានកិត្តិយសដែលថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួងបរិស្ថាន ជាពិសេស ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត អ៊ាង សុផល្លែត រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងបរិស្ថាន អនុញ្ញាតឱ្យខ្ញុំបាទជាតំណាងក្រសួងបរិស្ថានចុះហត្ថលេខាបន្តកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងអនុវត្តគម្រោង អភិរក្សឧទ្យានជាតិវើនសៃ-សៀមប៉ាង ជាមួយអង្គការ CI ហើយថ្ងៃនេះក៏ជាប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រដែរដែលមានវិស័យឯកជនគឺក្រុមហ៊ុន គ្លូប៊ល ហ្គ្រីន នែតជ្រលរា ឯ.ក (Global Green Natura Co., Ltd) ដែលមានលោក កែវ សុវណ្ណពិសិដ្ឋ ជានាយកគ្រប់គ្រង ចូលរួមជាដៃគូរជាមួយអង្គការ CI ដើម្បីអនុវត្តគម្រោងកាត់បន្ថយឧស្ម័នផ្ទះកញ្ចក់ ដែលបណ្តាលមកពីការបាត់បង់ព្រៃឈើនេះ ហើយថ្ងៃនេះក៏ជាឱកាសមួយទៀតដែលការងាររវាងស្ថាប័នរដ្ឋនិងអង្គការដៃគូរ និងមានវិស័យឯកជនចូលរួម ជាសញ្ជាមួយដែលបង្ហាញថាពិតជាសុមាលភាពក្នុងវិស័យបរិស្ថានក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជាយើងរឹតតែល្អប្រសើរ ។

Global Green Natura Co., Ltd. participates in the joint signing ceremony of project implementation agreement of the Vernsai Siem Pang National Park between Cambodia Conservation International (CI) and the Ministry of Environment.

His Excellency Dr. Ken Serey Rotha, Director General of the General Directorate of Local Community and Chairman of the Secretariat of Carbon Credit and the National REDD + Secretariat of the Ministry of Environment, and Mr. Oum Sony, Country Director of Conservation International Cambodia (CI), jointly signed a project implementation agreement to continue on preserving Veun Sai-Siem Pang National Park (VSSP) on October 11, 2024 at Himawari Hotel, Phnom Penh. The event was attended by the leaders of the Ministry of Environment, representatives of the General Directorate of Local Communities, the General Directorate of National Protected Areas, the Secretariat for Carbon Crediting, National REDD + Secretariat, the management of Global Green Natura Co., Ltd (GGN) and 34 stakeholders (5 women). The Veun Sai-Siem Pang National Park (VSSP) Conservation Project will focus on supporting protected area management, reducing deforestation, implementing sustainable agriculture, land use planning, ecotourism development, and establishing a REDD + project, with the goal of ensuring long-term benefits for humans and nature in the Veun Sai-Siem Pang landscape, located in Ratanakiri and Stung Treng provinces.

Mr. Oum Sony, CI Country Director, said: “This is an important time for us to work together for sustainable development using market mechanisms, including the implementation of a REDD + project in order to preserve nature. CI would like to thank all the stakeholders, including the Royal Government of Cambodia, the private sector, local communities, indigenous peoples and development partners, for their trust and goodwill in strengthening conservation cooperation.

CI expands its efforts to conserve and restore forests, promote biodiversity protection and community livelihoods, Veun Sai-Siem Pang National Park (VSSP), in strong collaboration with the Ministry of Environment and financial support from the Arcus Foundation, the Mekong Regional Land Governance project (MRLG) and Global Green Natura Co., Ltd.

Rotha, Director General of the General Directorate of Local Communities and Chairman of the Secretariat of Carbon Crediting and National REDD+ Secretariat of the Ministry of Environment, said: “Today I am honored that H.E. Dr. Eang Sophalleth, Minister of Environment, has delegated me to this signing ceremony. Continuing the agreement to implement the Veun Sai-Siem Pang National Park (VSSP) Conservation Project with CI, and today it is also historic that  a private sector company, Global Green Natura Co., Ltd., managed by Mr. Keo Sovanpiseth, was able to partner up with CI to implement the greenhouse gas reduction project caused by deforestation, and today is another opportunity where the work between the government and NGOs and the private sector will be a signal indicating that the environmental equality in Cambodia will improve”.

Global Green Natura Co., Ltd is a Cambodian private company established in early 2023 and its purpose is to join the Royal Government in protecting and maintaining forests, managing deforestation, improving conservation, increasing biodiversity and improving the living standards of the people.
