Notice to Creditors (2nd Notice)

The liquidator of ANGKOR CAPITAL SPECIALIZED BANK “ACSB” hereby invites all creditors of the Bank—for the second time— to submit an application for the claim by specifying their name, address, contact number, detailed information or objection, as well as the name and address of their legal counsel (if applicable), and attaching relevant documents concerning the creditor’s rights for submission to the Liquidator within 30 (thirty) days, ending on October 29, 2026.
