Supply of 1 Unit of SUV Vehicles for MEF
1.​ ​The Royal Government of Cambodia has received a Budget Support from European Commission and Government Fund in various currencies towards the cost of Implementation of Public Financial Management Reform Program (PFMRP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of these funds to payments under the Contract for supply of goods, Reference Number: PFMRP/NCB-G-15/24

2.​ ​The General Secretariat, Steering Committee of the Public Financial Management Reform (GSC) of Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), under the Public Financial Management Reform Program (PFMRP), now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply and installation of computer equipment’s for MEF.

3.​ ​This invitation is open to all bidders from eligible source countries interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 to 17:00 hours, Monday – Friday.

4.​ ​Qualification requirements are specified in ITB Clause 14 “Documents Establishing the Eligibility and Qualifications of the Bidder” and in Bid Data Sheet.

5.​ ​A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of United States Dollars 30. The method of payment will be in cash at the address given. The Bidding Documents will be sent by airmail for oversees delivery and courier for local delivery or maybe collected in person at the discretion of the bidder. Other than payment of the non-refundable fee specified above, there shall be no other conditions for purchase of the bidding documents. In case of any difficulty in obtaining the bidding documents, interested parties may contact in writing to Mr. UM Youthy, Head of Administration Finance and Monitoring and Evaluation Division of GSC, Tel: 023 430 791, and also send a copy to the Director of Multilateral Cooperation Department of General Department of International Cooperation and Debt Management of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, St. 92, Sangkat Wat Phnom, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Tel: 023 725 341.

6.​ ​Bid must be delivered to the address given below at or before 09:30 AM on 16th October 2024. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives and the project’s beneficiaries from the concerned local community who choose to attend shall be allowed to be present in person at the address given below at 09:30 AM on 15th October 2024.

7.​ ​All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration as described in the Instruction to Bidders
