Wishes to purchase:

Supply of 1 Unit of VAN Vehicle for GSC

  1. The Royal Government of Cambodia has received various currencies towards the cost of Implementation of Public Financial Management Reform Program (PFMRP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of these funds to payments under the Contract for supply of goods,Reference Number:PFMRP/NS-G-019/24
  • Interested qualified eligible suppliers are invited to obtain a copy of the bidding documents free-of-charge from the address given below. There shall be no conditions for obtaining the bidding documents.
  • Eligible bidders may bid for single lot basis. Bidders must bid for all items within each lot. A bid which does not offer all items within a lot shall be regarded as non-responsive and shall be rejected.Bids will be evaluated and award recommendations made on single lot basis. 
  • To be considered eligible and qualified a firm or individual must
  1. Have completed within the last 3 years at least two contracts, of a similar nature, of a value not less than 50% of the value of the bid.
  2. Have completed contracts with a total cumulative value equal to at least two times the value of the bid price in the preceding 2 years.
  3. Not be under any notice of disbarment issued by the Government.
  4. The bidder shall be required to provide documentary evidence with its bid to demonstrate that it meets the above requirements.
  5. Bids must be delivered to the address given below at or before 09:30 AM on 5th December 2024. Late bids will be rejected.  Bids will be opened in public immediately thereafter at the address given below in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives and the project’s beneficiaries from the concerned local community who choose to attend shall be allowed to be present in person.
  6. The Purchaser shall award the Contract to the Bidder whose offer has been determined to be the lowest evaluated bid and is substantially responsive to the Bidding Documents, provided further that the Bidder is determined to be qualified to perform the Contract satisfactorily.
  7. All bids must be accompanied by a bid and performance securing declaration as described in the bidding documents. Any bid not accompanied by one will be rejected as non-compliant.
  8.
