Notice to Creditors (Final Notice)

The liquidator of ANGKOR CAPITAL SPECIALIZED BANK “ACSB” hereby invites all creditors of the Bank—for the final call— to submit an application for the claim by specifying their name, address, contact number, detailed information or objection, as well as the name and address of their legal counsel (if applicable), and attaching relevant documents concerning the creditor’s rights for submission to the Liquidator. The deadline for these submissions is October 30, 2026.
