Please be advised that subsequent to the meeting between NagaWorld and Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training (MoLVT) and after reviewing the law, Prakas, Company’s Internal Rules and Employment contract, it’s concluded that:

1. The operation of Nagaworld operates on a twenty-four (24) hours a day, 7 days a week. The business cannot be interrupted because of its nature of business which is allowed by Law to require the performance of employees during holiday.
2. The employees who accept the offer in this business operation shall abide by the Internal Rule, duly registered with the MoLVT, and the Employment Contract which is a mutually binding agreement.
3. Working hours during holidays has been practiced for many years since inception.

Therefore, the employees MUST follow their duty rosters to work on the upcoming Pchum Ben Holiday and other national holidays as agreed. In the event of non-compliance and any illegal strike, the Company reserves all its rights, including the termination of contract as per processes as spelled out in the contract.
